Shipping Information: We ship within Canada and Continental US via standard ground shipping. As well we ship to Europe, Caribbean as well as around the world.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

House of Beauty has created some guidelines to make your online shopping experience a safe, great and enjoyable one.

You can choose to exchange, refund or get a House of Beauty store credit note for returned items. Please be advised due to hygienic reasons and customer protection, House of Beauty WILL NOT refund or exchange items such as hair pieces and wigs.

In order to receive a refund, exchange or store credit note, items MUST be returned within seven(7)days from the date of delivery confirmation reciept. You must ensure that the product is returned with original packaging. We are unable to refund any items that have been opened and used. Credit notes will not be given for items returned within seven(7)days from shipping date.

* All exchanges, refunds or store credit notes are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*All shipping and duty cost MUST be paid by customer.

*All returns and or exchanges MUST be in new, unworn, unaltered condition and MUST be in original package.

* All sale and clearance items are NON-RETURNABLE.

*All returns and exchanges MUST be accompanied by the original invoice.

* For packages refused by customer, we will credit the total amount LESS shipping cost and restocking fee

Do you sell wholesale or is it retail only?

We are a retailer and wholesaler for some of our products. However, wholesale must be minimum purchase of $500 Canadian for first order and minimum of 6 pieces of any product thereon (copy of vendors permit must be provided in order to make wholesale purchases).

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card is charged when the item is shipped.
